Glen Moray is a Scotch single malt produced just outside the historic town of Elgin, in the heart of the Speyside region in a distillery converted from a brewery in the late 19th Century and has been making whisky since 1897.

The Glen Moray bottling produced exclusively for The Roseburn is part of the distilleries ‘Private Cask Collection’ and is a single cask of just 228 bottles. It was fully matured in an ex-red wine cask for over 14 years. In keeping with the quality of a single cask whisky, it has been bottled at full cask strength of 59.4%abv and is natural colour with no chill-filtration.
